These terms cover your use of dataworthai.com, including the quiz and any email you get from us. The site is operated by JAB Endeavors, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as DataWorth AI ("we", "us"). By using the site or sending us your details, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information only
Everything here is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and using the site doesn't make us your lawyer, accountant or advisor. Talk to your own advisors before you license or sell any data.
Estimates aren't offers
The ranges we show come from the programs' own public calculators and published rules, applied to the answers you give. They are not offers, valuations or guarantees. Only a program can make an offer, after its own review, and real deals can come in lower or higher.
We're a referrer, not a broker or agent
We help you see which programs may fit and, if you ask by ticking a box that names a program, introduce you to it. Each program decides on its own review whether to work with you. We are not a broker, agent or advisor for you or for any program. We don't negotiate, sign or act for anyone, and we never handle your company's data.
Your decision and your obligations
Your company is responsible for its own decision to work with any program, and for making sure it has the rights to the data it licenses. That includes privacy and confidentiality duties, contracts with clients, customers and employees, and any professional-ethics rules that apply to you, such as attorney-client privilege and legal-ethics rules for law firms, CPA confidentiality rules, and HIPAA for medical and dental practices.
Referral fees
We may be paid a referral fee by a program if your company signs with it. Your company pays us nothing. See our disclosure.
Third-party programs
The programs we list are independent companies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their offers, terms, conduct, data handling or payments. Your dealings with a program are between you and that program, under its own terms.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site, our emails or any program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you have paid us (which is $0) or $100.
Indemnity
You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your company's data, your use of the site, or your breach of these terms or of any law or duty that applies to your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
